Hi, I’m Barbara — a Creative Lead with over a decade of experience shaping identities, campaigns, and visual systems across branding, culture, and digital design.
I grew up in southern Italy, studied Product Design, and completed a Master’s in Communication Design at Politecnico di Milano before moving to London. That journey gave me a foundation that blends craft with storytelling — I approach every project with curiosity, hands-on energy, and a constant balance between imagination and clarity.
Along the way, I explored editorial, UX/UI, photography, branding, and advertising, before finding my focus in creative leadership and visual identity.

In the last six years alone, I’ve directed over 500 multi-platform projects reaching audiences of 147M+, and built design teams that thrive in fast-paced environments. My leadership style is about clarity and trust: introducing processes that make space for experimentation while keeping delivery sharp and reliable. I’m also an advocate for inclusive and accessible design, and believe in building systems — and teams — that empower creativity.
Alongside commercial work, I dedicate time to cultural projects — from creating content for cultural festivals to leading the identity of large-scale arts events in London, connecting with 7,000+ people each year. These projects keep me close to the heart of why I design: to tell stories that resonate with people and communities.
For me, design is storytelling — a way to make complex ideas engaging and accessible while balancing creativity with strategy.
I care about creating work that connects emotionally, whether that’s a bold identity, a campaign that sparks conversation, or a piece of design that makes someone pause and feel something.
I believe in commitment, detail, and the right amount of pressure to keep things exciting.
